Job Responsibilities:

1. To be fully conversant with monthly/daily sales performance and assist the Outlet Manager to ensure maximum results for the business achievements.

2. To ensure customer service standards have been applied.

3. To ensure all the team members follow the company's SOPs and compliance.

4. Assist in marketing and promotion activities.

5. Assist any other ad-hoc duties when required by management.

6. At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required.
