Personal Assistant to Director

Full-time | Kuala Lumpur | MYR2,500-MYR4,500/month

Job Responsibilities:

 

1. Be the point of reference for all queries, requests or issues and will be an integral part of the company’s workforce between Director and internal/external clients.

 

2. Acting as a first point of contact: Screening and directing phone calls and distribute correspondence.

3. Preparing communications and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms on behalf of the director.

 

4. Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments.

 

5. Taking notes and writing minutes during meetings.

 

6. Reminding the director of important tasks and deadlines.

 

7. Organizing travel and itineraries (i.e. Hotel and flight booking). 8. Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.
